Return/Exchange Policy

No Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
  • At The Haute Bling, we do not offer return/ exchange/ refund options for any reason other than damaged goods or the wrong item received.
Damaged Goods/ Wrong item
  • In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged goods or a wrong item, we request you to follow these steps:

1. Unboxing Video: To process your claim, we require a complete unboxing video from the moment you break the package seal, including the name and address sheet, to the completion of the unboxing. This video should be uncut and unedited. You must provide this video as proof within 24 hours after receiving your order.

2. Return Process: After we receive the defective items back and verify the damage through the provided video, we will initiate an exchange or credit note. Please note that shipping charges are non-returnable.

(NOTE: We will not entertain any claims without adequate proof in the form of a full unboxing video. This helps us ensure a fair and transparent process.)

Return Shipping

We ship parcels through DTDC, which does not provide a return pickup service. Hence, we use DELHIVERY for pickups.

Steps for Return Pickup:

  • To initiate a pickup request, we require an OTP from the customer.
  • Once the request is generated, we will share a shipping label.
  • Customers are required to print the label and attach it securely to the return parcel.

Timeframe

  • One must ship the defective item to us within 3 working days of receiving the parcel. After this period, we will not be able to provide any assistance.

No Cancellation

  • Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In case an item is unavailable, we offer the following options: exchange for another item of equal value or issue a credit note, redeemable within 3 months.

 Other Important policy

  • We will not be liable if the package is returned because of the wrong/incomplete address, or the wrong/unreachable phone number provided by the customer.
  • Reshipment expenses will be paid by the customer.
  • Please make sure to provide the correct address and reachable contact number.
  • If your parcel status shows as 'delivered' but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
  • Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor and track their parcel.
